Modular Overview
In the previous module we considered
the strengths and possible limitations to a transformational approach to
leadership. Building on this critical analysis, we will now
take a closer look at this, and other leadership styles - with respect to
change. In particular, in
this module, we will examine the research that addresses particular leadership
styles with respect to organizational changes.
Module Learning Objectives
By the
completion of this module, you will be able to:

Recognize and describe the different types of
changes that educational organizations undergo (Case).

Provide a research-based opinion
regarding appropriate leadership practices that facilitate change in
various contexts and settings (Case).

the research addressing a particular topic in educational
