Module 05 - Session Long Project

For this component of the SLP you need to give an overview of your findings in this SLP in the following way:

Write a 2-3 page paper in which address the following questions:

1) What are the strengths and weaknesses of a "mixed methods" approach to research in EDUCATION (keep the discussion specific to research in education);

2) Which factors would you take into account before you would consider a qualitative component in your dissertation research (refer to the findings, background readings of all the modular SLP papers.)

Expectations:

You do not have to put all of the SLP modular components in one final paper for module 5. You only need to send in the module 5 component of the SLP, at the end of module 5. (Unless, I indicated in any of my SLP feedback to you, that you need to resubmit a modular component of the SLP.)

The final SLP grade will be determined by each of the FIVE modular components of the SLP.
