In the module two case assignment you need to demonstrate that you can recognize and identify types of qualitative research within the existing body of research literature. Your task:
1. Using either ProQuest and/or EBSCOE, search for one of each of the following types of studies:
Important Point: To make this most meaningful, you are encouraged - but NOT required to search for studies that address a topic that you are particularly interested in. In conjunction with your summary of the above 4 methodologies, the following questions are to be addressed: 2. What type of methodology did the study use? Why do you say so: discuss basic characteristics of the methodology, and explain the type of results the researchers got (because they used the particular methodology) Important Point: Your case assignment should clearly demonstrate your understanding of the important distinction between these four methodologies. |
